The leepod is now getting its structural frame.Does it look chunky? yes it does. Heavy? Maybe - but not much. This structure is going to sustain the loads from the shrouds. And I am therefore asking Luiz Fernando to make it strong. And so it will be. I'm pretty sure of that.
Is it the ideal structure? I don't think so. But it is as good as we can get. And it will be good enough.
Still looks far from lamination to you? Oh, godammit! To me too!!!
