My navigation table is getting to a finish. I've got 3 coats of epoxi on it, and will now cover it with varnish, for UV protection. For strenght and fanciness, I have nailed the fiddles with copper nails.Against forecast, the Saturday was bright and dry. I did some epoxi-ing and gluing, but in total, I was unefficient this week. I'm stuck with scheming out the various elements of the cabin. First and foremost the steering mechanism.
As can be seen in the lower picture, the nav table will also serve to blind the front window.
