Soccer World Cup Starts Today

 As a few are aware, the Soccer World Cup starts today, with the game between Brazil and Croatia. My girl, Mrs. Arpex, is getting ready for it. She is not really a soccer fan, and is unlikely to be converted anytime soon. She fears that the turbulences around the cup might delay the launching of her boat, Arpex. It might, or it might not.
