Razzle Dazzle

Of course "Guilty", by Jeff Koons is not to everyones taste. Not to mine either, actually...

I think they look nice. It's funny to think that they actually painted warships like that - see the image below. Just imagine the art of persuasion needed to convince a militay mind, from the navy, to paint a ship with such a color scheme! Must have been a convincing person! The event of the radar technology brought the creativity within the navy to a sudden halt.
