The brazilian "CPTEC - Centro de Pesquisas de Tempo e Estudos Climáticos" says that we'll have good weather during the first days of carnival, on the first 6 days of february. Note the first graph, up on top, giving the precipitation in mm/h. In the middle of the graph, around the 5th february, it seems probable that we'll have some rain.
